Either you can select the Ready-made package given in the Website under different categories or the Modified one with your own additions & deletions. You can request modifications in the Destinations,Hotels,Transport ,Sightseeing ,Number of days, Arrival & Departure dates etc according to your desire and can be send to us in the booking format given along with each package or mail to email@example.com More over to that if you need instant response to make up your mind, our online chatting facility can be used.
Multiple options for Hotels
In Each destination we have given multiple options for Hotels under each Category. You can select the hotel according to your preference & we shall book it subject to availability. If that particular hotel is not available, we shall suggest another option for your consideration.
Expression of interest
On receipt of your mail, our Reservation Department will modify the package by incorporating your requirements& with revised pricing, it can be send to you for approval. This will take a maximum of 3 Hrs .After the satisfactory approval of the packagefrom your side , a confirmation mail can be send to us showing that the package is confirmed & want to book.
Follow smooth & transparent booking Procedure
Based on your confirmation mail, we shall book the Hotels, Transport, Sightseeing, Guide service etc & shall revert you on the same day with Confirmation mail, that shall contain the following documents.
a) Confirmed Hotel list
b) Scanned copy of Hotel vouchers as a legal proof.
c) Invoice with Payment details.
On receipt of the same, you may transfer 50 % of the package price to IDT to reconfirm the booking through Credit card or Wire (Swift) transfer. Balance amount can be paid on stipulated date mentioned in the invoice. As soon as the amount is credited in our accounts, we shall send the scanned copy of the Receipt for the payment made.
Recheck documents before departure!
You have to recheck & ensure that all travel documents are with you for a safe & secure travel. You should carry the copies of final Tour plan & a copy of invoice generated by IDT.There is no need to carry the print outs of the Hotel vouchers as the originals will be handed over to you at the time of arrival.
After your arrival…
Get your Travel documents first !
Please ensure that you have collected the 'Document Cover' from the IDT staff/Driver containing the Hotel vouchers, Pathfinder, & Feedback form with Envelope at the time of arrival itself.
Read 'Pathfinder' carefully
Immedietly after arrival,you should find out time to read the pathfinder,which contains essential information about your tour plan & other adises & suggestions.Kindly keep it till the end of the Tour.
Submit Hotel vouchers at Check In counter.
You have to submit the Hotel copy of the Exchange vouchers to the the reception counters of each hotel at the time of check in.This is a very important procedure & if any of the hotel vouchers seen missing,you have to contact our office.We shall send a duplicate copy to the hotel by fax.
Collect your Gift kit at the time of arrival
You have to collect the 'Gift Kit' at the time of arrival from our staff/Driver , which shall contain a set of Tea shirts,01 bottle of Traditional wine , A spice packet & Banana chips. The Kit has to be delivered to the guests at the time of arrival itself.

Use Packaged Drinking Water only
You are strictly advised to use only Mineral water from reputed companies through out the Tour. We will supply minerarl water to the guests free of cost on daily basis as one bottle/Person/Day .The Mineral water shall belong to the reputed brands 'Bisleri' or 'Beiley' or 'Aquafina' of 01 litre capacity& it shall be marked with IDT sticker to give authenticity. If cool box is available, the bottles will be stored in that, well in advance & kept in the car every day morning before the guests check in.If you need more bottles of water,our Driver will help to get it on payment.
Use Luggage Tag
Luggage Tag will be issued to you before starting the Trip & it has to be filled & tagged properly at the time of arrival itself. If it cannot be done at the Airport /Railway station, you may please do it while while you reach the first hotel & before check in.It may help preventing the loss of your luggage.
Beware while Purchasing Goods
Pl.don't purchase any goods or handicrafts at any destination from a shop/showroom/mall insisted or compelled by any person/firm as a good chance of over exploitation is happening in this field. Purchase from Hawkers & vendors are also to be avoided due to inferior quality & the genuiness of the product you purchase cannot be guaranteed and the price will be unimaginably high. The So called firms with the Board' Govt.of India Recognized 'will not be real Govt.firms and if you need any help in this respect pl.contact 09847240456 and we can give proper guidance in this respect.
Eat as you wish
While selecting restaurants/Hotels for having food enroute, pl.ensure that you are not forced to get down in front of any restaurant/hotel by any person or shop owner .If you get down any hotel and had food which is of low quality one/highly priced/asked Tips/etc pl.mention it in your feed back form to take corrective action by us.
Tips at your Discretion
It is not a must to give Tips to extend any service to you as a part of this package. No one can claim TIP for his service and if such a claim arise, it has to be discouraged. The Tips can be given if you want to do so by yourself and not by any one's compulsion/request/Suggestion.

Kindly fill it with your very open & frank remarks with out any external request/compulsion as it really needs to improve our service in all the sectors. Kindly deliver the feed pack form after inserting it in the attached envelope, seal it properly & hand it over to the Driver or Guide.

Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings are made through the Booking Center of India Destination Tours at Cochin, Kerala.
The invoiced tour price is payable in two installments. 50 % of the Tour price has to be paid after confirming the Tour and balance 50 % at the latest 2 weeks prior to arrival of the customer (start of journey) or as agreed upon prior to booking. Payment shall be made in the given currency , into the account specified in the invoice.
3. Services And Modification Of Services
The scope of contractual services rendered by India Destination Tours is as set out in the valid confidential tariff and the specifications in the relevant tour confirmation. Any amendments to and modifications of contractual services only apply when confirmed in writing by INDIA DESTINATION TOURS.
In case of cancellation, fees will be charged according to the day that written cancellation is received at the Cochin Booking Center as follows:
* 15 to 30 days before arrival date - 10% of tour price
* 7 to 14 days before arrival date - 20% of tour price
* 1 to 6 days before arrival date - 50% of tour price
* no show fee - 100% of tour price
Special cancellation fees may apply if specified in the quotation. In addition, India Destination Tours may claim losses exceeding the flat rate cancellation fee, whenever proof of such loss can be provided. In such instances, the client is entitled to furnish proof to India Destination Tours that no loss has yet occurred or that it is considerably lower than the excess amount charged. India Destination Tours is entitled to pass on additional costs to the client if charged for by service providers (e.g. fees for unoccupied beds / seats).
India Destination Tours is not liable for any injury, loss or damage the traveler suffers in connection with the journey, nor for itinerary modifications due to circumstances beyond India Destination Tours control.
6. Validity, General Conditions
The stated prices apply according to the validity specified in the quotation. If passport, visa, customs, health or currency provisions of individual countries are not met by the passenger and thus prevent him or her from participating in the journey, may charge the corresponding cancellation fees to the client
Should any clause or provision of this tourist travel contract become void or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining contract shall not be affected or impaired thereby.
The place of jurisdiction for actions brought against India Destination Tours shall be the location of the responsible operation office.
